House Description:
If you'd like to own a beach house, fill out the following application and it will turned into a a sub-board in the Beach Houses. However, beach Houses cost $100.

Would you like to rent it out?:
If you rent out your beach house, you will whoever you rent it out to will pay you $20 for every week they stay in your beach house. If someone rents your beach house, PM me and I will deduct the money from them and give it to you.
To people who rent beach houses, you do not have to pay the $100 owners have to, but you will have to pay $20 for every week you stay in the beach house. You will have to pay $20 up front.
